Contacting staff members via personal messages or social media will not result in membership cancellation.
Members with membership carrying a contract who wish to terminate early will be charged the difference between the contract and non-contract price for the number of payment periods the membership was held.
No refunds will be processed 5 days after charges have been invoiced
.
Payments made for past due invoices are not considered for refund. Only charges due to billing error of staff will be refunded after 5 days of the invoice date.
